Membership

Bring your agency
into the network.

Direct-service agencies, supporting partners and aligned individuals all have a place in the alliance. Annual agency dues are voluntary and based on your budget — member dues should never be a barrier to joining the network.

Why join

What member agencies actually get.

OSNA is built so member agencies can serve more people, more effectively, with less stress. Membership is about real tools and real relationships — not committees or paperwork.

  • Send and receive real-time referrals across the network
  • Issue and receive client-need alerts to hundreds of partners at once
  • Reduce duplication — see when another agency is already serving the client
  • Join chapter meetings (3 per year) to share what is working
  • Stay current on resource changes, funding shifts and community trends
  • Build direct relationships with partners outside your usual circle

Three ways to join

Pick the role that fits your organization.

Tier 1

Partner Agency

For direct-service nonprofits, faith-based agencies, county departments and businesses serving residents in need.

  • Full referral and alert access
  • Participate in chapter leadership committees
  • Speaking and presenting opportunities

Tier 2

Supporting Partner

For organizations that fund, supply or back the work of direct-service agencies — funders, vendors, civic groups.

  • Network visibility and participation
  • Invited to chapter meetings
  • Listed in the alliance directory

Tier 3

Individual Ally

For community members, volunteers, board members and aligned individuals who want to stay connected to the work.

  • Invited to open meetings
  • Way to support without joining an agency

How it works

Joining is a conversation, not a form maze.

01

Reach out

Tell us about your agency and where you serve. We will point you to the right chapter.

02

Meet the chapter

Join a networking meeting and meet the partners already in your area.

03

Onboard

We will get you onto the shared referral and alert platform with a quick walkthrough.

04

Start serving

Send your first alert, swap your first referral and keep building from there.
